Flat Stanley a True Matchmaker

Stanley is currently visiting our friend Kammy and her family. Kammy is co-owner of All Yours Photography (www.aypforyou.com) and she was kind enough to take Stanley along on an engagement shoot for a couple. Here is a pic of Stanley flirting with the bride to be (and trying to make her fiance jealous) and another of the happy couple holding Stanley within their hands. I think our little guy is a true romantic!

Planes, Teacups, Art Project, and the Ocean

Flat Stanley sure is getting those miles in! He went and stayed with some of our family in Lomita, CA.

They took him to see the planes at LAX, they took him on the teacups at Disneyland, then they went and listened to the surf of the Pacific Ocean, and finally he went to a Kindergarten class at a local school and worked on their art project with him.

We have such wonderful friends and family that are really taking him on an adventure.

I heard a rumor he is headed back to our area to visit the Zay Family - sure hope he has enough clean underwear for this trip! :)

What An Adventure Thus Far

Flat Stanley was recently in Lomita, CA (my hometown) visiting some old friends of our family. He got to take a nap with 4 month old darling Blake, he rode on 2 year old Brayden's train, and then he was so tired he needed another nap with their cute doggies Coco and Cooper. Gas prices went up shortly after and he got sent to another family in Lomita - can't wait to see those pics as well!

Breakfast in Georgia

So Flat Stanley Lovett traveled all the way to Hirm, GA and enjoyed breakfast with our friend Logan. Logan's mommy said they were being silly with their breakfast...so here they are with Flaty Stanley propped in a nice little seat :)

Colorado Springs, CO - BBBRRRRRR!

Melissa and Mark of Colorado Springs opened up their home to Flat Stanley recently.

He met their dog named Daisy, enjoyed the view of the Pike's Peak mountains, and played in his first snow! So many first and we have been told that he is behaving himself quite well - thank goodness he packs light!

He is off to Georgia now, can't wait to hear about his adventures there.

Visiting Texas!

Flat Stanley Lovett has been visiting the Lone Star State for a little bit now and he has been having a BLAST!!!

He got to crash a "teenager" party.....he went to the local fields and watched a soccer game with his buddies William and Brett.....and the picture of the Texas state flag was taken inside of a Kindergarten class of his good friend Mrs. Kopp.

And He's Off!

After some delays in getting his passport finalized and his paperwork in order - Flat Stanley is finally leaving our family. : (

As you can tell by the pic he is in the Outgoing mail and off on his adventure. We drew his first family randomly and it looks like he is headed to Granbury, TX to visit The Kopp Family! Take care of our little guy and check back here often for updates.
